This cancellation policy applies to all appointments including all prepaid packages. Where a client is rescheduling the same terms apply as with cancellation.
Cancellations for all appointments with STEP BITE STEP must be received at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to avoid being charged for your appointment. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled appointment.

This Tardiness policy applies to all appointments including all prepaid packages.
Clients are expected to be available to commence appointments at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a late finish time - the appointment will not go longer than the scheduled appointment finish time.
Any Personal Training (PT) sessions or Waist Loss reviews that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited. Clients are encouraged to reschedule cancelled appointments within 5 to 7 days to avoid losing sessions beyond expiration dates.
o PT x 5 sessions: 2 months from the date of purchase
o PT x 10 sessions: 3 months from the date of purchase
