After an initial consultation which includes - a review of your medical & exercise history, understanding your specific goals & recording baseline measures, our Tertiary Trained Exercise Physiologist will design a safe and effective exercise program for you based on your needs & goals. Our Exercise Physiologist can design a home program using no equipment through to programs completed at a fully equipped local fitness centre or any setting in between.
